หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Able to make government Bidding Document , Proposal, quotation and cost sheet.
• Coordinate and validate eligibility documents from different contributors, partner and distributor.
• Compile all necessary documents to comply with client requirements.
• Support sales team in accomplishing bid submission (Government and private sector).
• Ensure document submitted follow the standard formatting given in RFP/bid documents.
• Familiar on how to use GProcurement website.
• Process renewal of bid certificates.
• Will support Sales team in collating documents to make sure all existing client accreditations are renewed or annual maintenance on time.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor Degree or Higher.
• 2 years working experience in Sales Administration of Government Bidding and Private Sector.
• 2 years working experience in Sales Administration of IT Business.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel ( Vlookup and Pivot), MS Word, MS Powerpoint and PDF.
• Ability to be creative and work as a team.
